Important Information for Vendors

10% Commission on Sales

3.0% Credit Card Fees on Card Sales

NO Smoking or Vaping in Building

Vendors need to work in their booth as often as possible/as needed

Written notice must be provided at least 30 days in advance for rental cancellation. If not, no refund on next month of rent.

All sales must be settled by 10th day of each month.

If not, 10% fee will be charged.
